Dear Parent/Carer

Book Fair

Just a reminder that our Book Fair will be open next week from 3.00pm and 3.30pm between Monday 3^rd March to Thursday 6^th March.  The children may purchase books during these times using their World Book Day voucher.

On Thursday (World Book Day) the children may come dressed as a character from a book.  This is the day that the mobile library will be visiting and the children will be issued with their own library ticket.

World Record Attempt

Next Friday (March 7^th) our children will be participating in the Big Rhyme Time when we will be joining in with schools across the county to a to attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the largest simultaneous  poetry reading.  We will let you know how we get on.

Resilience Plan

For your information we need to let you know that our school has a resilience plan.  This is essentially a ‘readiness’ procedure that all schools follow if there is a local emergency e.g. gas leak, suspect package, etc.  Should we have to evacuate school for any such reason our re-assembly point is Willowgarth High School.

Tesco Vouchers

We are once again collecting Tesco Vouchers.  This will help to provide us with additional computer equipment.  Please try to collect from neighbours and friends.
