14 Apr 2008 - Co-operative Drama, Speech and Music Festival

Some of our pupils competed recently in this annual event.  They read excerpts from The BFG, The Worst Witch, Dirty Bertie and Lady Grace Mysteries.  We also read from the bible and recited performance poems.  The children were exceptional and made us all feel very proud.  This year we achieved two first places, with Molly Armitage (Bible reading) and Zara Fletcher (excerpt from The Worst Witch) but when we look back on the day everyone was a winner.
